Three Arrested on Drug Trafficking Charges

(Mounds, OK) On January 19, 2024, Creek County deputies served a search warrant in the Whispering Hills Acres neighborhood. Upon the search of the residence, 49 blue fentanyl tablets (16 grams) and 11.8 grams of methamphetamine were found. Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid that is up to 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than morphine. Just 2 milligrams of fentanyl, equal to 10 to 15 grains of table salt, is considered a lethal dose. Also located in the house were multiple sets of scales, plastic baggies, homemade smoking devices, and other drug paraphernalia. Ammunition and NARCAN nasal spray were found as well. Three people in the residence were arrested for Trafficking in Illegal Drugs among other charges. Anthony Mounger, 31, of Mounds, is being held on a $151,000.00 bond; Michael Bright, 40, of Sapulpa, is being held on a $171,000.00 bond; and Whitney Donaldson, 38, of Mounds, is being held on a $152,000.00 bond.
